“From ordering to delivery a very satisfactory transaction with delivery as stated and product appears to be good standard. Thank you. Will keep you in mind for future if biomass isn't priced out of the market. There were about 4 bags out of the two pallets that were damaged, so whilst inconvenient not a major problem, hence the reference below to damage.”

“I have ordered from Luxury Wood for a number of years now and the consistency of quality logs throughout that time has been 5 star. Even though prices have risen I believe that quality kiln dried logs provide a cost effective source of heat, certainly in my position where I combine oil fired central heating with my Multifuel stove.”
