“Fantastic wood, stacked so tightly I really feel I'm getting excellent value for money. I've bought these previously and they burn really well, too. Delivery was made on time, and the driver was extremely helpful and polite. Good old-fashioned good service all round. Thank you.”

“Unfortunately the wood didn’t arrive on the day it should have. It then arrived the following day at the wrong time. We may have been out. The driver was lovely very helpful and the wood of a high quality. You just need to get deliveries right!”

“Wood quality excellent but delivery leaves a lot to be desired No time slot only 8am to 6 pm the driver only had a small palette truck which could not move the 700 kg palette on to my drive so won’t be ordering from you again.”

“Very quick delivery and good product - bricquettes are good quality. Was not contacted to arrange delivery day so just got a call to say they were 10 mins away. Fortunately I was in but could have been a real pain and I had to drop what I was doing to deal with it. For that reason 4 stars”

“I am very pleased with my latest order from Luxury Wood. The Birch logs that I ordered are of good quality. The crate was delivered a few days later and a most helpful delivery driver pallet trucked the crate into my garage thus saving me from unloading the logs on my driveway.”

“Customer service excellent as always. Ordering is easy. This time I ordered 1 crate Oak, 1 crate Ash, and 48 packs of compressed hardwood logs. Oak logs were excellent - correct length, good size and very few small bits. Ash logs, many only 10 - 12 cm long instead of 25cm, lots of small bits and shards, crate loosely packed at the top. Good size quality logs only accounted for about 75% of the crate, very disappointing. Compressed hardwood logs appear to be good quality. Delivery as advised with helpful driver.”
