“I regularly buy their large oak log palette and it's ideal. Logs beautifully cut and split to same size. The only problems tend to be the delivery company who seem unprepared for such a heavy palette and often require my help in manhandling it onto my front driveway.”

“This latest delivery was, as always, on time. John Bywater transport are very helpful - the pallet was dropped exactly where I wanted. The logs (ash) are superb as usual. Thanks - until the next order!”

“The person who I spoke to when I placed my order was extremely efficient, informative and polite. The delivery happened on the day and time I was promised. This is the 2nd year that I have ordered fire wood and kindling and based on past experience, it won't be the last. Excellent service and excellent products”

“Kiln dried logs always arrive well packed and of a good quality. I've used birch, beech, oak and ash and all of good quality. The delivery is prompt and the delivery team first rate in placing crates exactly where I want them. My Great Dane with its best friend the guinea pig in front of fire.”

“We have bought kiln dried Ash logs from the luxury wood company for the past 4 years, the quality of the wood is excellent, however, the logs are too big so my husband has to chop them all up which is not ideal. the service is brilliant and the delivery drivers are extremely helpful.”

“Brilliant - I ordered last minute prior to Christmas, not expecting to get a delivery slot but The Luxury Wood Company got is sorted. Great product too with the wood being consistent in length and thus better for stacking if you do not intend to keep it on the pallet.”
