Delivery a bit hit & miss mainly due to the delivery company. The same lamps 3 months earlier ordered from my wholesalers were cheaper but due to them not stocking the Lamps any more finding this supplier quick was fine but will troll net for better price maybe in future but could not fault sales team at lampco and ease of ordering great job

Bought a product form this store, and while it was delivered very quickly (and for free), the delivered item did not match my actual purchase. Having contacted the site, I have had no response at all which i find extremely disappointing.

Ordered three 10w T4 380mm tubes and of course 2nr was correct and one was shorter than 380mm. No impressed!

Dear Matthew, Apologies for the error. We obviously had a rogue lamp in the box with the same wattage. A replacement has been issued FOC tonight.

I still haven't received the goods I ordered and am surprised I'm being asked to comment on service.

Dear Susan, Apologies for the delay. You ordered the goods late Friday night and the order was processed first thing Monday morning and posted Monday evening. The package should be with you any minute. Our review email goes out exactly 5 days after the order was placed. Just bad timing I'm afraid. Fingers crossed you should receive today or tomorrow. Dear John, Thanks for your review. The goods were posted 1st class on the 25th February. Sadly we are at the mercy of Royal Mail to deliver a "1st Class Service!" Sadly only 93% of packages sent 1st class now arrive next day. You should receive the 1 light bulb you ordered any minute now if you have not already. Placed order on 19th Feb. Money left my account on 21st Feb. Email asking for this review arrived on 23rd. As I write this on the 26th, the four small bulbs that I ordered have yet to arrive.

Dear Steve, Thanks for your feedback. I can confirm the goods were posted 1st class post on the 20th February the day after you ordered. Sadly Royal Mail do not deliver everything in a prompt manor. We do apologise for the delay but you should see the items in the none to distant future. If the goods are still not received by the 6th March we will send replacements. Apologies if we have not met expectations.

Dear David, Sorry to hear you had not received your order. The goods were shipped on the 13th February by 1st class letter post. Please allow up 5-7 days for delivery. We are in the hands of the Royal Mail for these small orders.

So far, I have still not received the order. I phoned on Thursday 19th September and was told the order was despatched on the 16th September, by First Class post but have still not received it.

Hi Mary, Thanks for your review and sorry we have not met with expectations. The one lamp you ordered was shipped 1st Class Post on the 16th September in a small carton. We are only as good as the Royal Mail I am afraid. There is a chance the item would not have fitted through your letter box so the PostPerson will either leave a card or return a few days later with the carton. Please let us know if the package still does not arrive by the 3oth September and we will re-send it for you. Our terms on our site state that Post can take up to 15 days. Kind regards .... I ordered last Aug.17,20013 before 3pm and I choose next day delivery but until now Aug.28 my order still not come. That why my rate is 1-star. Anyway thank you and i'll wait for my order hope will come soon.

Hi Freda, The P&P charges are clearly shown on our website. Whether you order 1 bulb or 20 we pay a flat rate to the Royal Mail for the service. Kind regards Websales

We have had many failures with the bulbs we bought from you. You kindly sent us a few replacements when we told you about our problems but the failures continued. The bulbs were definitely sub standard.

Dear Maurice, We supplied these items in January 2013 and despite having only 1000 hours rated life we have offered FOC replacements. We have had no further issues with this product so we can only surmise these items are being burnt base up or in an enclosed fixture reducing there life expectancy.
