Said they had them in stock. ordered and then told out of stock but took my £170+ When will I receive them. No indication. Not really very happy

We normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 3rd, 4th & 5th stars! I can see that our websales have been in touch to advise that the product ordered, was out of stock and we were awaiting a confirmed lead time? When I read the receipt of my order I saw that the postcode was not only wrong but it was written in a form that does not exist. This was very careless and when I spoke to one of your people she tried to blame me for writing what was an impossibility. Fortunately the postal service was able to make sense of the address and I received the two light bulbs. J Shaw.

Ordered two lightbulbs for a job, and paid around £10 for ‘guaranteed’ next day delivery. Bulbs arrived after two days, and despite several emails I haven’t been given a refund for the difference.

Everything about the online process was easy... except my bulbs (ordered 11 days ago) never arrived so am currently out of pocket :(

One lamp of pair for insect caqtcher causing problems when deivered. Easy Light said it was control unit. I changed both new bulbs for different make and no problem. Not great service will not be using again.

Web site is good and user friendly. Prices are adequate. Transit time to the United States is WAY to long. I would have preferred to pay a higher shipping charge and to have these shipped using FED-EX or TNT so that they would have arrived here in 2-days instead of 2-4 weeks.

In January I ordered the bulbs, paid for them, had my order accepted then received an email that you had not got any, and I must wait until the first week of February, perhaps, to receive them............... And now you expect a good review for something that has yet to be despatched.......?

The delivery was slow but free. We erected a 30ft scaffolding to fit your new bulb in a ceiling fitting in our church. When tested it worked normally, but after we removed the scaffolding (30 minutes work) the bulb failed to light. We will have to go through the whole process again to find out what went wrong. Not a satisfactory experience. If you send me your email address I will let you know what we find, but I expect the bulb to be blown. This has not happened before in 40 years of lighting the church.

The back end customer service was very good but I was only disappointed upon arrival of receiving "Cool Daylight" blue tinted instead of plain "Daylight" bulbs as required. The bulb listing on the site did not advise me that they are in a blue tint. Please can someone from ELB contact me to rectify or compensate. Placed order and paid in full by card - then told by delayed e-mail they were out of stock and a month lead-in before my requirements would be available Checked availability online only to see 10 pack as ordered were in stock but singles were out of stock - on phone enquiry told there was a glitch with your website I think it is poor to take money on card payment when you know there is such a delay

Unfortunately only 2 of the bulbs were working when they arrived and when checking my bank account 2 payments had gone out for the purchase of the light bulbs
