Thanks Roger for leaving the review and apologies the item has been delayed in the post. We have only just received your email concerning this and have already responded to it direct to you. As per the email we will issue FOC replacements on Monday once you've confirmed the goods have not materialised over the weekend. Please contact us Monday lunchtime and, as promised, we will issue them out that evening.

“Ordered a pack of three bulbs for a Krypton lantern torch (suitable for the model). The first one has failed already - only used the torch briefly on four occasions. I can only assume they are inferior quality. Would not purchase from this company again.”

“Quick delivery but of the 10 bulbs I ordered, of the first four I tried two were dud. I haven't tried the rest yet but I don't think I will be ordering from this company again.”

Dear John, Sorry to hear you are not happy with the product. Our MD has contacted you directly to resolve the issue. Chances are these items were damaged in transit by the Postman. Please come back to the MD to confirm you are happy with his offer.

“The LED lamps arrived very quickly which was great. Very annoying thing is that the energy rating was not clear, so the lamps have arrived and are A+ not A++ energy efficiency rating which somewhat defeated the point of buying energy saving lamps! I suggest the website makes it clear what the energy rating is.”

Hi Damian apologies if you think the site is unclear. All LED lamps are energy efficient the difference between A++ and A+ in negligible and generally on individuals tastes and appearance of the product. The item you bought is rated at 5.3w and replaces a 50w item. A smidging under 90% energy saving. Other A++ appliances and products are nowhere near this energy saving making the whole system of stars a farce in real energy saved!

“Delivery a bit hit & miss mainly due to the delivery company. The same lamps 3 months earlier ordered from my wholesalers were cheaper but due to them not stocking the Lamps any more finding this supplier quick was fine but will troll net for better price maybe in future but could not fault sales team at lampco and ease of ordering great job”

Dear Susan, Apologies for the delay. You ordered the goods late Friday night and the order was processed first thing Monday morning and posted Monday evening. Dear John, Thanks for your review. The goods were posted 1st class on the 25th February. Sadly we are at the mercy of Royal Mail to deliver a "1st Class Service!" Sadly only 93% of packages sent 1st class now arrive next day. You should receive the 1 light bulb you ordered any minute now if you have not already. “Placed order on 19th Feb. Money left my account on 21st Feb. Email asking for this review arrived on 23rd. As I write this on the 26th, the four small bulbs that I ordered have yet to arrive.”

Dear Steve, Thanks for your feedback. I can confirm the goods were posted 1st class post on the 20th February the day after you ordered. Sadly Royal Mail do not deliver everything in a prompt manor. We do apologise for the delay but you should see the items in the none to distant future. If the goods are still not received by the 6th March we will send replacements. Apologies if we have not met expectations.

Hi Mary, Thanks for your review and sorry we have not met with expectations. The one lamp you ordered was shipped 1st Class Post on the 16th September in a small carton. We are only as good as the Royal Mail I am afraid. There is a chance the item would not have fitted through your letter box so the PostPerson will either leave a card or return a few days later with the carton. Please let us know if the package still does not arrive by the 3oth September and we will re-send it for you. Our terms on our site state that Post can take up to 15 days. Kind regards .... “We have had many failures with the bulbs we bought from you. You kindly sent us a few replacements when we told you about our problems but the failures continued. The bulbs were definitely sub standard.”

Dear Maurice, We supplied these items in January 2013 and despite having only 1000 hours rated life we have offered FOC replacements. We have had no further issues with this product so we can only surmise these items are being burnt base up or in an enclosed fixture reducing there life expectancy.
