I am still waiting for my goods , you lied about having the items in stock and your service is disgraceful. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY GOODS DELIVERED.

Despite self-recommendation promising swift delivery and service, despatch was delayed and I still have not received the items, or the requested refund. Replies take several days. I am sorry to say, as I like to support UK companies (which this professes to be) that I cannot recommend.

What a total shower. Placed order 5 days ago. Goods showing as in stock. Order accepted, payment taken. Heard nothing. Phoned today to be told order could not be fulfilled - I had been emailed and would be refunded. I had not been emailed. Unable to offer an alternative product. Totally woeful customer experience. Avoid.

I ordered two blacklight (UVA) insect killer tubes from this company's web site. These were clearly listed as the Sylvania brand. I chose this brand as they provide a detailed specification for the tubes' spectral performance (https://www.sylvania-lighting.com/product/en-mea/products/0000091/). Without asking if I agreed to a change: this company then supplied Philips tubes. There is probably nothing wrong with Philips tubes (a well-known name), but they were not what I was led to believe I was buying. As I needed tubes immediately, it would have been more of a nuisance to return them for refund; however, I now find myself having bought something I would not have chosen.

AVOID Never received my light bulbs ... tried ringing just get answering machine order ed 19th of auugust ... now 3rd of september .....

Different bulbs arrived to what I ordered. Phoned up to query, the response was along the lines of "we pick the nearest thing off the shelf", and "I guess we could have called you to check first". No apology. Requested an exchange both verbally and by email, but not heard a thing 10 days later. Poor customer service all around. Rather sad.

My next day delivery for who I pay extra £11 arrived on the third day 🙂 never again with them next day delivery 📦 My lamp was good condition

Thank you for your review Gordon, sadly being a negative review :( we want to make sure we are doing the best we can in the way of customer service. However on this occasion the item ordered was clearly stated online as out of stock? we emailed you to advise delivery would be approx 7-10 working days, and the goods were despatch by courier 7days later.

Failed to deliver initial order still waiting after 2 weeks because you are now out of stock which is not expected for anther 2weeks. This does not encourage return business.
