“Customer service don't reply to emails! Pay for delivery, that was more than the bulb, took 3 days for them dispatch, and 3 days later still not arrived! Will not use again!”

“Absolutely terrible product and service. We ordered a premium branded bulb and they sent something completely different worth 1/4 of the price without telling us. Costumer service were extremely slow and unresponsive. I will never use them again.”

“I asked to return them (wrong size of insertion part, different to what shown in photo online). No reply via email address I was told to use. Sent the items back myself requesting refund. Still heard nothing. Very poor service. Avoid.”

“Item was showing in stock which it wasnt, been waiting 2 weeks so far for the item. When trying to call for updates the phone rarely gets answered and to get an email response took nearly a week and then told a different delivery date to what I was told on the phone. Really poor service”

“I ordered a pygmy bulb on 23rd April (Order No. E032553) This bulb has not been delivered! I cancelled the order on 6th May. Please reinburse my £6.60. Thank you. Glyn Gfriffin.”

“Ordered 2 fluorescent tubes for separate light fittings. 1 worked for only two and a half weeks and then failed. Contacted the company asking for a replacement. They have been extremely unhelpful and have refused to send a replacement tube. Appalling service, I wouldn't buy anything from them again. I recommend everyone avoids them”

“One arrived broken and the other lasted a few days in a standard lamp Not very happy really. As yet we did not hear back to our letter about the broken lightbulb which even though it was well packed had shattered”

“I cannot recommend this trader. 10 light bulbs were supplied as ordered but these were opaque not clear as ordered. Furthermore, one bulb does not work. Despite emails to the trader, no action has been taken and I have not even had the courtesy of a response. My advice, buy elsewhere.”
