Placed the order on 23rd October, however still not received the items. ORDER NOT DELIVERED STILL AS I AM WRITING ON 8 NOV.

I have still not received my light bulbs, even though I ordered them on 28th September 2021. I have emailed for follow up and no response. Unacceptable service.

I ordered 2 osram lamps 3/10/21 Had to call and chase the order 11/10/21 And was told they would be with me within 2 days Had to call again 18/10/21 to be told no osram bulbs would I like a generic replacement

Ordered a bulb and after two emails , told it was obsolete. Why is it on the website for sale then? A waste of three weeks waiting.

Bought the lightbulbs 3 weeks ago. Got an email 2 weeks ago saying they had been dispatched. They still have not arrived. I have not been provided with any shipping information or tracking number…

Sadly the heavy duty cardboard tube the bulb was packaged in arrived bent. The bulb was broken.

I bought 4 Casell flood lights costing £33.36 and they have lasted less than a month. What a waste of money!

The lightbulb is broken within its packaging, and thus cannot use. I am writing to request a full refund.

Im not good with attention to detail due to a disability, and needed bulbs to replace lighting urgently (also due to disability). I paid nearly £10 for express delivery to get the bulbs the next day. They did not arrive. When I complained, they pointed out that the website says express delivery is only possible if you order by 3pm - I order at 5.01pm. When I asked why they accepted my payment for express delivery when they couldn't fulfil it, they said it was my fault for not reading the detail on the website. There was no attempt whatsoever, to understand the difficulties I have and why I missed this information. Nor did they offer to refund me the postage.... Very very poor customer service in my opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Item ordered on 15th May, today is the 30th. Still no light bulb. Emailed to say order has not arrived, a few days later I receive a reply to say they would send another out. Still not arrived !!!!

I ordered 3 candle light bulbs. They were delivered well packaged. But the bulbs looked old, already used, the glass dirty and 2 out 3 were broken inside. Very strange, they look second hand products, but I thought I order them new.
