Delivery needs to be faster given the amount charged for shipping.
After the product arrived, I made a query by email, and got the standard auto reply ‘we aim to respond within 48 hours’. Firstly, that kind of service level objective is pretty poor, but I am still waiting a response 1 week later.
I will not shop with easy light bulbs again, it is far from easy.
