“I am sorry to have to give a bad review but I do have an issue over delivery charges . I paid for next day delivery and was well within the time cut off point on the Thursday to expect delivery on the Friday . I had to wait until Monday to receive the item . I contacted you with the above complaint but was not offered a refund for overpaid fees .”

“Having not received the item i ordered from you on the 19 of November, and now its the 5th December and still no sign of it after i was told it was dispached on the 24th November, i think i can be forgiven for not being impressed with your service so far, hence i can only consider one star for the politeness shown by your oordering department.”

“Hi, I was going to ring and complain actually, but instead I'll write what I think. I haven't tried using one of the bulbs yet but I was appalled by the way they are packed. Each one is just loose in it's own small box, unwrapped. Sometimes the little prongs (they are oven hob light bulbs so very small) are almost poking through the bottom of the box. In one box I opened the prongs were distorted so I doubt that one will work. The little boxes are also distorted by the rather strong rubber bands which you have put round them. I do wonder if any of them will work. In that scenario I will ring and ask for my money back.”
