“Such a smooth purchasing process. I actually made two orders on the same day (because I forgot to put something in the first order!) and they combined the orders meaning I received everything at once a day or two later. Brilliant stuff!”

“Had issues with ordering but the team were very helpful and once I changed browser the issue was resolved. my item was shipped immediately and arrived very quickly in very secure packaging. would definitely recommend”

“First class customer service. Incubator came with 2 sections the same in the box instead of 2 different. Emailed on Friday correct one delivered on Monday evening. Can not fault.”

Upon looking into it further, I can see you placed your order on the 24th of August and it was dispatched the following working day with DPD to be delivered within 3 working days. Having checked the tracking it shows the order was delivered on Monday the 29th of August.
