“The Brinsea ecoglow safety 1200 is fantastic. The only problem is I got carried away ordering hatching eggs so I may need another one. When does the 2000 model come out?”

Thank you - we're so pleased to receive your kind review! To answer you questions about the Brinsea EcoGlow Safety 2000 brooder, this item is no longer available and was discontinued approximately 2-3 years ago . The largest brooder of the EcoGlow range is now the EcoGlow Safety 1200 brooder.

“I had an issue with a purchase and within minutes of me sending an email a new unit was on its way and a collection was arranged for the problematic one. The problem was completely out of the control of The Incubator Shop, even so their customer service was second to none!!. Thanks again for sorting it all for me Regards Dave Moody”

“We have had nothing but trouble with the incubator, the settings are a nightmare to sort out and with no one to talk you though it is very frustrating. We will be sending another email on Monday to try and sort the problems out. Linda Hills”

Hello Linda, thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues getting your machine set up. To receive this review is a little surprising as we have been communicating with you and trying to assist you with setting your machine up. You first originally contacted us 21st of June with a request to return the machine, to which we replied with our return instructions. You later replied with questions regarding whether the machine was fan-assisted or not and asked for some help on how to change the settings we replied on the 23rd of June with the answers to your questions along with some simple instructions on how to adjust and change your settings, to which we have not received a reply. If you haven't received our more recently email sent to you on Thursday please check your junk mail or if you still have questions or need more assistance please contact us and we are more than happy to continue trying to help you. If you are struggling to get on with the machine, please return the machine to us as you originally requested to do and we will be more than happy to refund you on its return. “Great product, I found it easy to install, set up, and use. Only had it for a few weeks so can't say how economical it is with batteries yet. But very pleased overall with the product. Great service from the Incubator Shop too.”

“I purchased a Brinsea Maxi 24 Advance (Automatic) incubator recently from the Incubator Shop and can say that it is very easy to use with a hatching rate of 87.5% achieved from my first setting of 24 hens eggs being a mixture of Welsummer, Buff Orpington and Vorwerk. Impressive!”
