“The best service ever got the items in good shape good packaging, needed some advice emailed the team. And the response time was superb. Can't fault then my quail eggs are twisting and turning 😁”

“Suro 20 incubator old but in very good order not controlling heat. After phoning all sorts of people I managed to get in touch with the Incubator Shop. Sensors for this model are no longer made and they advised a new circuit board. Other businesses just tried to sell me a new incubator. Very knowledgeable people, great service , correct advice - arrived rapidly- fitted and fired up and working again. This is a really good company.”

“When phoning the shop you can talk to a person. Not only that, that person has product knowledge. How refreshing in these times . I received advice as to the best product for me. Placed an order and the incubator arrived the next day. I am incubating goose eggs and some machines are more suitable than others.”

Dear Muhammad, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Based on the information you provided, we suspected there may be an issue with the humidity pump supplied with the incubator you purchased. Although the incubator is 22 months old it is still covered by the warranty agreement. It is standard procedure in any industry to require the allegedly faulty goods covered by a warranty to be returned so they can be inspected and serviced before they are repaired or replaced. Please understand we cannot repair of replace items without them being returned first. We have kindly asked that you return the pump and the Incubator so we can test them both, and service the machine to ensure it is in full working order before you start hatching again and rectifying any issues by repairing or replacing the item if required. All are free of charge under your warranty agreement. We do not see this as an unnecessary request when all we are trying to do is resolve an issue you have reported as quickly as we can. If you have any queries regarding this process and still wish to return the incubator and pump. Please email me and I would be more than happy to assist you with the next steps.
