“I ordered an incubator which arrived exactly as promised. I found it difficult to work out how to use it as I found the instructions unclear. I phoned the office and Mike was extremely helpful emailing me a link immediately. When I still found that difficult to follow, Tony was kind enough to email me a step by step guide which was great. I did feel well looked after!”

“The service and helpfulness of The Incubator Shop is exemplary. They were very obliging when I wanted to change the incubator and brooder that I had bought from them and had delivered. They even paid for the courier who bought my new incubator and took away the unwanted one. Mark 1 and Mark 2 were a good double act and definitely on the ball. I highly recommend the Incubator Shop.”
