On phoning the incubator shop I explained the problem with my Rcom 50 and was assured the fault was a broken down membrane switch.
I then ordered a new one which arrived two days later.I was told that there was a video on u tube explaining the procedure on replacing it which I found very useful.The machine now running how it should a big thank you the incubator shop.
