“I purchased the Chicksafe Eco Automatic door opener. Order arrived faster than I was expecting as I did not pay extra for fast delivery. The door opener was very easy to fit and was the same price as if I had purchased direct from Brinsea but at the time The Incubator Shop was the only place with item in stock. Other places had the same item but at a higher price. The Incubator Shop was very helpful in answering some questions before I purchased and so I have nothing but praise for their advice and service.”

“Part of my order was missing, I sent an email which was answered quickly and the issue was resolved. The parts arrived the next day. The customer service representative was very polite and helpful. I will definitely be using the company again.”

“Borrowed a friend's Mini II Advance Incubator to hatch 7 of our duck eggs and all 7 hatched! We were so impressed by the ease and efficiency of the incubator that we ordered one for ourselves which arrived the following day. excellent service and also very helpful webiste.”

“I had no idea about Incubating eggs but wanted to help my good friend with his chicken stock. Went on-line and found you after a good trawl thro' a lot of cheap stuff. I bought this, worried when I unpacked it that it might be too complicated. He was delighted with it however, problem solved.”
