“Prompt delivery. The chicken feeder was missing a pin to assemble it - which was no fault of the incubator shop. They sourced the replacement within 48hrs, communicated clearly via email and posted the additional item 1st class. Excellent response to a problem and complete resolution. Thank you.”

“We worked with the Incubator Shop for a BBC television production involving hatching quails, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Mike advised us at every stage of the process, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the hatching process of all the species we considered, and all of the incubator options available to us to make our project run smoothly. We knew we were certainly in safe hands and the Incubator shop team were always ready to help with any questions. We couldn't have done the project without them. I really look forward to working together again in the future!”
