“Ordered the Rcom Insect incubator after being alerted by the Uncubator shops "back in stock" option. Added to order with no problems. Kept informed at all stages throughout the process and incubator delivered super quick. Excellent service all round.”

“No options for telephone contact! Had query regarding my order which needed resolving before shipping. Only contact option is through website, 5 days passed and still no response however item was shipped regardless.”

Hi Peter, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and wholeheartedly apologise for the inconvenience. You're correct that we don't offer a telephone service, but we do have a (usually) very reliable email system and typically reply to customers within an hour or two at most. But, on this occasion it looks like your email never reached us, we have since discovered an error on our website that prevented the email reaching us. Again, i am so sorry about this. For the trouble, we'd like to offer you a 50% refund on your order. I hope this is okay. “The incubator arrived on the day promised. The video on YouTube was very helpful in setting everything up. The duck eggs are being moved and at the correct temperature…. so fingers are crossed!!”

“purchased as a gift for my local hedgehog hospital so can't give an opinion of the actual use of the chick brooder & cover plates, but I do know that the hospital use the chick brooders a lot & find them invaluable. As for the transaction itself I found website fairly easy to negotiate & the process & delivery were very quick, I was kept up to date via email telling me when delivery would take place. Overall I was impressed with every aspect of the transaction.”

“I researched the item I wanted and found The Incubator Shop . My item was the cheapest I could find . I ordered Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday afternoon free delivery. Would definitely recommend very happy customer”
