“Not very good I mailed a message not answered. They have taken off, the telephone number. ??? So how exactly are communications to be had. Perha[s the same person that is debiting our funds just fine and efficiently should be taking care of the above.!!!”

Hi Janet, I'm so, so sorry for missing your email. No excuses, you're exactly right, we missed it. Which as you'll see from our other reviews, is something that we've never done before. But in your case we can definitely confirm that your email wasn't replied to, and for that we wholeheartedly apologise. We changed to a contact-form system away from telephone lines last year, so that we could change our working procedures, allowing us to work remotely and deal with the huge increase in demand we experienced due to the pandemic. So far this has been working perfectly and we've been able to deliver an even higher level of service. But in your case, we missed the email pure and simply down to human error so i can totally understand your frustration. We'll now reply to your original email question separately and privately. Furthermore, we'll be refunding 10% of your order value back to you as a further apology. I hope you'll be able to forgive this slip-up and shop with us again in the future. “Delighted I decided to shop with The incubator Shop… it’s so hard deciding if a company is reliable when you’re spending a considerable amount of money but I would definitely recommend them! The ordering was easy and although there was a small hick-up with delivery (no fault of The Incubator Shop) they were in touch with me before I even realised it was going to be an issue! Fantastic customer service, truly hard to find such good care these days. If your thinking of purchasing with this company I think you’ll be in good hands!”

“Purchased a Brinsea ChickSafe Eco Automatic Door Opener. Price was competitive, and delivery cost realistic, much better delivery cost than ordering via Amazon. Item was well packaged and arrived on time. Good communication on order acknowledgement etc. Would certainly look to this supplier again.”

“The review would have been 5X but the first brooder that came was faulty, which created a serious problem for the chicks that were in the old Brinsea,the reason for getting a new brooder was my old one was changing temperature a couple of degrees,which is not ideal.Sadleydue to the new brooder being faulty the chicks stayed in old one 2 extra days and Sod’s law it shut down to 26 degrees while we were out and the chicks were very cold,my wife warmed them up with a hair dryer, I have to ask how often can I put the Anion on,ie how many time a day etc.Also I would like to again thank Tony for his customer service.could I get a reply about the Anion.”

Hi Jack, thank you very much for your review and huge apologies for the faulty item you received. We can confirm that the item did have a fault in which the buttons did not work. When you reported this on Monday we responded immediately by sending a replacement which arrived with you on Tuesday. Although it’s of course very frustrating as it should have been working correctly in the first place. We’ve reported this to the manufacturer. However, please can I ask you to check your junk mail for the email regarding the Anion function.
