“Both arrived promptly. It was easy to set up, I was confused about the humidity and a quick call to Brinsea sorted that out, (don't put the rack in above the paper wad). Also bottle of water was spot on, just put the pipe into it, I attached a paperclip so the pipe sunk into the water. One week in and I haven't had to a thing, just waiting with fingers crossed.”

“1st time I’ve experienced rearing my own chickens from a dead rooster using Brimsea incubator and Brooder. My success rate was six live chicks out of seven 🥚 The seventh just didn’t quite make it. Thanks Brimsea. Ide’F”

“All my dealings with this shop have been excellent. I had problems with my incubator and the helpful service and guidance from the staff was second to none. It was also very refreshing to be answered quickly each time I called. Other customer service companies could learn a lot here!”
