“Excellent, the order was promptly dealt with and the e-mail updates were invaluable for anticipating delivery time. The delivery time was as forecast and the package was in good condition. The product looks fit for purpose and is currently full of eggs, lets hope the cockerels have done their job.”

“Very quick service and contact through my mobile and emails was excellent. Faultless. Thanks to Mike the packer for the tube of sweets. That made me smile. I was a bit dubious with using Brinsea this time as I previously had an incubator the same size but automatic that stopped working 6months after the guarantee ran out which was annoying .This time the guarantee is longer.”

“The new part appears to be operating well. I haven't had chance to candle the eggs as they have only in the incubater 4 days. What did suprise me was that when I offered to return the non- working part to your company free ,as it was only a blown fuse I thought that you would be able to repair it and then sell it as used. Any way I have kept it in case you change your minds. It seems such a shame to throw it away when it was only used once. I do so hate waste.”

“Very pleased so far with the ease of ordering and very quick delivery of just 3 days to the North East of Scotland. Arrived well packaged and in good condition, just plugged it in and away we went, simple! Only dissapointment was capacity, being led to believe a setting capacity of 384 and not realising that figure included the hatching trays in the bottom. Otherwise very happy at the moment and looking forward to seeing how well it hatches.”
