“top class seller wish there were more companies like this one, true to their word, I've ordered 2 incubators and this is the second one that has arrived on time, and the man went out his way to get it to me within 18 hours which i appriciate very much, i will recommened this company to friends and family, as they would be happy with your service. “i recently contacted the incubator shop by phone told him i had purchased incubator elsewhere and he was still happy to give me advice then i purchased 1 of the incubator shop myself which came the next day and now i'm just waiting for my eggs to hatch in it good service all round will use this shop again”

“Contacted the incubator shop via email for advice on what type of heat lamp and bulb they would recommend for my Chicks. Received a very quick response from which I purchased their recommendation. Order arrived within 2 days and very pleased with product. Excellent service all round :-)”

“As other reviews state, great service, great price, quick delivery. Most importantly for me though was the personal level of support offered by the friendly staff over the phone with any issues I've had with products and the incubating process over several years.
