“We bought a River systems ET 49 auto. The service was superb, they were genuinely helpful, taking time and gave us fantastic advice to choose the right machine for us. The delivery was rapid and after sales care is first class, they genuinely care, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you”

“Can’t fault the service at the incubator shop. Our incubator arrived the following day even though we ordered it quite late the previous day. Can’t beat the prices either. Really pleased, thank you”

“I chose a brinsea mini 11 eco manual..best suited for my needs..i liked the easily laid out information on all models..delivery was VERY fast.. Set up was straight forward Just had my 1st hatch..plain sailing&good result... Very happy..definitely recommend The Incubator Shop&Brinsea products”

“I needed to buy a new tortise incubator as I have 30 eggs and was unsure which to buy as my old one has never been successful . I emailed and requested a reply to discuss the best one to buy. Unfortunately I never received the call or acknowledgment which was rather disappointing. However the incubator I chose arrived safe and sound but I'm still unsure if it was the right choice .”
