“Phoned with regard to an issue with my Mini Advance Incubator. Having discussed the issue with Emily in the first call and then Abigail in the follow up call after following Emily's advice, a potential diagnosis of the problem could be made. The incubator has been sent back to The Brinsea Incubator Shop today to be hopefully sorted out. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service.”
