“I recently purchased some spare parts for my r com 20 incubator, it had failed and I needed the parts in a hurry, the incubator shop could not have been more helpful, advising me on the correct parts and getting them to me quickly.”

“The product I required was out of stock so I clicked notify when available and almost immediately received an e- mail informing the product would be available in two days, I then requested confirmation of size and suitability and again received a full and comprehensive response. I subsequently ordered the product which arrive promptly and well packaged.”
