“We had a problem with the way the parcel had been handled (damaged box) When we reported this we had an excellent concerned and friendly response.The goods were not damaged and we were very happy with the product.Delivery was prompt and information good.I would definitely use them again.All firms occasionally have problems ,it is the way they deal with them that marks out the good ones.”

“Very fast delivery with a nice little touch with a poultry mag inside box (which I enjoyed) the Brinsea Ovation 28 EX is a GREAT incubator. Set up yesterday after it arrived , It is working great so I will now go and put my eggs in. THANK YOU TO THE INCUBATOR SHOP It made it a pleasure doing business with you.”
