“We have now purchased three incubators from the Incubator Shop, and have been very pleased with the service and speedy delivery. On a previous occasion, the after sales help we received was very good when we needed a replacement part.”

“BRILLIANT. I'm new to this game and found customer service that was over and beyond what you normally receive. No sales pressure just very friendly and knowledgeable advice with a genuine offer of ongoing support. I don't think they could have done any more to help me purchase the perfect product to meet my requirements. Very many thanks.”

“Fantastic my newly hatched chicks love it! It's so much cheaper to run than the heat lamp I usely use. Great company to deal with, arrived quickly, love the dome top as well funny to watch the chicks us it as a slide.”

“A very prompt and personal service. An individual from 'The Incubator shop' answered my questions fully. The product arrived safely and was well packaged. There were good clear instructions with the product and so far it appears to be working. I am only at day 19 of the incubation period. The website was clear and logical, easy to navigate through and was the cheapest on the market. I would recommend this establishment to others. KG”
