“Excellent product sent out very quickly as we had an incubator out of order full of eggs and needed to move them asap !!. We have used Incubator shop several times and will certainly be using them in the future.”

“Rcom 20, arrived promptly and I set 18 lavender Araucana eggs (couldn’t get 20 in). I used a non-slip liner before lockdown and they started to pip later that night. I lost only 1 chick from the batch during hatching so very highly recommended piece of kit. I set humidity for lockdown at 67% but will increase to 70% next hatch.”

“We ordered a new galvanised 5 litre feeder which arrived within 2 days (although we had only chosen the cheaper, longer delivery option). The feeder is great quality and the hens are very satisfied!”

“Super quick delivery, really pleased with the brooder! Arrived in perfect condition. 3 bantam chicks freshly hatched last night, Now waiting for the remaining chicks to hatch so we can move them all into the brooder together!”

“The item I purchased was very over priced which is really disappointing”

Hi, thank you very much for leaving a review. Although it's very disappointing to see it's only a 2*. We always strive to deliver a 5* service and take all reviews very seriously. I can completely understand your frustration at the price of the humidity pad you purchased. I also believe it to be very expensive for something so simple. The problem is that those humidity pads are produced in very small quantities, and have to be imported from overseas. The combination of those factors makes it very difficult for our family business to reduce the price any more. After packing and outward postage are taken into account, we actually only just break-even on the sale of each pad. I genuinely wish there was more we could do to assist you with the price. We will actively encourage the manufacturer to source cost reductions on the item. In your parcel you should have received a card offering discount on your next purchase. On larger items, that discount should hopefully off-set any extra expense incurred on this order. Before ordering in the future, please get in touch with us directly and we'll always do our best to make sure we reduce the price as much as possible. I hope this helps you to understand the reason for the high price, and our commitment to a 5* customer experience. If there is anything more I can do to help, just let me know. Kind regards, Mike The Incubator Shop
