“Service was excellent. spoke on the phone prior to purchase to ask a few details about the product which helped me greatly with my purchase as working from pictures on online auction sites wasn't really working out. Product purchased was actually cheaper direct than through a well known online auction site so I purchased the product direct and got a few extra items to push my purchase over £50 for free delivery. Free delivery was upgraded for free to next day and there was an extra bag of chicken grit in the box (I presume this was intentional). Only gripe I have is I purchased a treadle chicken feeder to try to limit the vermin around the chicken feed, it seems to work fine but my chickens just fling the food out and make a pile on the step they stand on, kind of defeating the purpose of the feeder. This is in no way the fault of the seller or the product from what I can see, it is just my messy chickens, I expect they may do it less as they get used to experiencing the flap lifting. Will purchase from this shop again in the future.”
