“Very helpful and friendly customer service and good response time when phoning. I received excellent support and guidance from The Incubator Shop when having difficulties with my new incubator, it was quickly ascertained a replacement part was required and it was sent next day delivery. I was afraid I would lose chicks but they have now successfully hatched. I feel this is largely due to the prompt action and assistance from all the staff concerned. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“A great incubator delivered quickly and entirely as expected. No problems at all and a very smooth transaction. I bought the RCom 10 PRO-Plus unit which looks to be a great little “plug and play” incubator. Only 4 days in to the cycle but cannot fault the quality or service.”

“Rcom 20, arrived promptly and I set 18 lavender Araucana eggs (couldn’t get 20 in). I used a non-slip liner before lockdown and they started to pip later that night. I lost only 1 chick from the batch during hatching so very highly recommended piece of kit. I set humidity for lockdown at 67% but will increase to 70% next hatch.”
