“Excellent Service from start to finish - I had an issue with their chosen delivery company and had to speak to Bronti who was so accommodating and helpful in ensuring I got my delivery not only on time - but before time. Proper customer service as it should be - the items arrived with brilliant instructions too”

“They were so helpful and very patient and friendly I always say it pays to deal with a decent supplier who’s there when your incubators gone down I’ve had a couple off you so far and this is the only time something happened and I quickly ordered another plug thing(Sorry no idea!) and It’s back to running like a new one until I order another for demand purposes Thanks so much everyone for your help Deal with you again soon Caroline capewell”

“Absolutely outstanding !!! I had to return my item ( no longer needed as my duck went broody last moment ) and Tony was amazing - communication was ongoing and my refund was made quickly. If I ever need another incubator , I will be straight back here !!! Not many places have customer service like these guys - amazing 😍😍😍 Thank you - Don't ever change xx”

“The Rcom Insect 70 I had a lot of doubts about how well it would work considering how much it cost. I was intending to use this to incubate my queen bees, so I decided to test the heat output and the humidity using my spare gauges from my other hobbies. and I would say that they are spot on with it. Since then, I've been able to successfully hatch a few queen bees. and i will now add has many has i can graft. I will continue to monitor the situation to see if there is any change in the temperatures. but im very happy with it and i will definitely buy from this retailer again”
