It's brilliant to receive your review. Thank you so much for supporting our family business. Apologies that the delivery was slower than expected. It's true that Royal Mail are struggling with demand a little. But having looked into your order i think the main reason for the delay was actually that your order was placed on Friday 1st May which was a Friday after our cut-off time of 2pm. Therefore we sent your order on Monday 4th which could have accounted for the extra day or so. But thank you so much for letting us know.
