“Fast delivery, good selection of pens, inks & other materials. Just one teeny point - not really customer friendly on the website - I purchased a small Herbin transparent fountain pen - on the site I used to use they would have pointed out that it had no ink filler, or suggested I purchase one that would fit - but they were smaller and very people orientated. I have had to make a second purchase to find an ink filler that will fit it. But that's because cartridges are plastic, single use & I am trying to reduce that by using bottled ink & refillable convertors - something everyone should think about really.”

“I was after a particular colour of Parker Vector fountain pen. Hamilton had stock, and I also ordered two bottle ink fillers to take advantage of the free postage. Whilst the price did not quite match similar items on, say, Ebay, the the excellent speed of delivery and free postage more than made up for this. I will certainly use them again.”
