“Love the website, very user friendly. Stock very good for what I am looking for. £15.95 shipping for a very poor tracked and signed for service - only tracks in UK, no tracking at all provided by Australia Post...even USPS FCPIS, their standard service, tracks in Australia. Need to consider a non tracked service for about £6? particularly on fairly low value orders. Your main online competitors offer standard non tracked shipping. Will use again if standard shipping is offered.”

Hi Marilyn, Apologies for the delay. This was an issue with Royal Mail and the influx in deliveries due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We're glad it got to you eventually.
