“Through no fault of their own, my purchase from them was delayed by slow delivery by Royal Mail, who took over a week to deliver. The person that I spoke to at the company was very helpful when I contacted them about the delay in delivery, but their hands were tied.”

“I received my ink cartridges very quickly. However the advice given to contact Scheaffer about a pen repair was not very helpful - not your fault. All vintage pen repairs are now done in USA. Never mind, I have another pen which will use the ink cartridges I bought.”

“I’m delighted to have found a rare pen from the Hamilton Pen Company and honestly I can’t find it anywhere else on the internet. It’s literally unique! That’s truly a miracle! Yet the additional purchase of a pen refill wasn’t that successful, which I believe was an occasional computer glitch and nevertheless it didn’t get on my nerves anyway. I will keep browsing the online store occasionally for special collections.”

“Bought the Pilot Iroshizuku Ink - Boxed Set of Three Mini Inks. The box clips shut, is useful and looks smart, the 3 inks are fabulous, this would make a beautiful gift for someone. The J.Herbin ink cartridges will not fit a Parker pen because the cartridge is small in diameter, there was no warning in the description so I bought 3 tins for nothing! I deducted 1 star for that reason. Delivery and communication was spot on”

Hi Savash, the only cartridges that will fit a Parker pen are the Parker's own Quink cartridges. The documentation that would have been with the pen when purchased would have stated that. Parker pens also come with a cartridge from which you can easily see that the Parker cartridge is dramatically different to the Herbin one which should perhaps have rung a warning bell that it may not fit! We state what pens refills fit, it is not customary to state what they do not! Regards Nigel

Alasdair Why on earth would you be disappointed at being charged £1.50 for post and packing when you purchase an item for £4.90? Our biggest competitor would have charged you £4.99 for the item and £2.50 for postage! The cost of sending a large letter with Royal Mail is £1.29 and we also have to pay vat from the £1.50 we charge making the net revenue to us £1.25, 4p less than we have to pay to send the item. The padded envelope costs around 8p so we actually charge you 12p less than it costs us and that disappoints you??
