“***** Simply the best! Purchased a big ticket item and even though it was out of stock at the time, the product was delivered within 4 working days and price matched with the cheapest on the internet. Foolish to go anywhere else..........”

“Ordered trolley & bag early Monday morning. Was supposed to get next day delivery but received text on Tuesday saying it was delayed. I requested Friday as I could work from home that day. Waited all day Friday and nothing delivered. Received trolley only on Saturday - no bag. Spoke to Golf Shop Online contact on Monday morning. Julia was very helpful and placed a re-order which was received on Wednesday morning. I appreciate this was more DPD at fault.”

HI Gordon Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery delays. Your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed in good faith to meet the Next Day service. As soon as you let us know there was an issue, we contacted DPD on your behalf to investigate. Given the delay and problem with delivery of the bag, we arranged for a replacement bag to be sent out immediately to avoid any further disruption. We completely understand how disappointing this experience has been, especially having waited in for deliveries that didn’t arrive as expected. While the delays were unfortunately outside of our control, we did everything we could to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
