“Excellent service. My putter was late arriving from the manufacturer but Julia could not have been more helpful, keeping in touch and contacting me as soon as the club had arrived at their depot, and then arranging for me to pick it up. Would highly recommend.”

“The item requested.. putter grip arrived looking ok.. but when fitted felt considerably thicker than my current grip and dimensions of which o had requested”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the putter grip wasn’t the right fit once installed. After reviewing your order, we can see that the only item purchased from us was a pair of shoes, and we do not have a record of a putter grip being supplied on this order. It’s possible the grip may have been purchased from another retailer.
