“In the world we are used to now I don't understand why a business takes over a week to deliver your order, delivery was really slow, no real communication, left a bit in limbo land.”

We can see that you received your order on the 5th working day and on dispatch you would of received a dispatch email with tracking information. “The Bushnell Phantom 2 slope is the first GPS device I have ever purchased. I have used apps before but this is a game changer. Although the display is basic the amount of info and data you get is amazing. I have now played 4 rounds with the device and have definitely benefited. For example even if I don’t hit the green I have been nearer pin high and not leaving so many shots short. The green pin function, hazard data and slope compensation are excellent as well. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an excellent aid on the course without spending silly money. The Bushnell app that you get free is also as good- if not better-than others available. Delivery and service from Golf shop online was faultless as well. Thanks”

“Thank you very much, I was having trouble with my battery, but after speaking to Julia and barnaby they put me in touch with motocaddy service engineer called dave Clark from Birstall golf club Leicester they between them sorted it out for me, great service all round 👍”

“Although colours are not very accurate the returns service is very good but it does cost £5 which is a bit steep if it's not your fault.”
