“There was a fault with a golf cart bag I purchased in the summer. I recently contacted Stephen whose customer service is impeccable. Ease of service from sending the product back for inspection to receiving an exchange. Very pleased with the service and products but more so excellent customer service and extremely fast service. Will definitely shop here again and would recommend them highly.”

Hi Shane, Thank you for getting in touch. I have tried to give you a call but unfortunately haven’t been able to get through. I’m very sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We dispatched this with DHL on 5th October and were unaware there had been an issue with the delivery. I contacted DHL today, and as the last tracking update was on 8th October, they are now raising a parcel search to locate your order and get it moving towards you as soon as possible. I will keep a close eye on this for you. If DHL are unable to locate the parcel, we can arrange for a replacement to be sent using an alternative courier. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and delay. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and I will keep you updated as soon as I have any further news. Kind Regards Julia The Golf Shop Online
