“I have not received my parcel”

Hi Ian, I’m sorry for the trouble with your delivery. It was good to speak with you earlier. We’ve contacted DHL, as the parcel hadn’t been scanned for a few days, and they started a full search. They’ve now located it, and it’s due to go back out for delivery tomorrow. As we agreed on the phone, if that delivery fails, I have a backup order ready to go with DPD so you’ll receive it by Thursday at the latest. “Up on delivery the putting box was damaged and the balls were not in their packaging but all over the delivery box. This is a Christmas present for my son so very disappointed and not sure about returning as took three rearranged dates and address change as the company they use only deliver week days and you have to be there in order for them to deliver.”
