Price competitive, service very good, product not good - Wilson ilock DRY golf bag, not so dry, both main side pockets leaked badly first time out in the rain hence only 2 stars

HI Thank you for your review - Sorry to hear that the bag is not waterproof this is a water-resistant bag and not fully waterproof however if you think it is excessively leaking in a light shower please do let us know and we can look further into this for you.

The actual delivery and communication was really good, but unfortunately the water proof shoes I ordered have leaked on the second time of using them. The shoes at first were really comfortable, but as I have already said "the water has seeped through after 2 rounds of golf? Gutted really.

One of my purchases was a pair of winter/wet weather gloves in men’s size M/L. I have worn thin size of gloves previously from several different makers and they are always a great fit for me. The gloves from you were not a good fit in fact I couldn’t get them halfway on. I have given them to my wife and they are a reasonable fit for her small hands. She’s happy with the purchase but I was not happy at all.

Sorry not great. Had to chase my order and was 10 days before it came. Item too small by far and I’m a standard 14.

Trousers were not as anticipated and needed a reduction of leg length. I don’t normally have such problems. Will not be buying from this supplier again.

Ordered charcoal FJ trousers. Already have a pair in same colour so knew what to expect . Threw out the packaging and stuck them in the drawer. Time came to wear them ... they're a shade of dark ,olive green ! Too late to do anything. Lesson one ... open packaging carefully , if they are not charcoal send them back. Not a happy golfer

Shop was great with plenty of choice. Very good prices. Disappointed with the product unfortunately. Cap was worn once in the sun and has faded very badly.

Golf trolley arrived with bash and scrape on it so not happy especially as these faults are right on the front of the golf trolley ie clearly visible to all

Impressed by the website and ease of the process for ordering. However I’ve still not received my gloves, mainly because of Royal Mail. I’d suggest you use a different courier as RM strikes are going to cause more delays. Not entirely your fault but you have the ability to change courier

Previous purchases have been fine although standard delivery times are not as quick as other providers. The current purchase is rather disappointing, as for some reason (rather than using one of the larger internationally recognised providers) the shipment is coming with Royal Mail - who of course are waging industrial action - suffice to say it has yet to appear. This ca’t be a cost issue as the last delivery to me came via DHL.

Order took over a week to arrive but that was expected as it said on the order. Unfortunately it did not fit and I hadn’t noticed returns have to be organised and paid for my the buyer. So I would not use this company next time.

Goods delivered after 1 week but I was in no hurry. Reasonable sale price for top-quality goods but comparable with competitors. Competitor ( Scottsdale) offered better deal the day after I had placed order with Golf Shop OnLine. Sadly Golf Shop Online declined to honour their "Lowest Price Promise"
