I was not in to receive package and it was returned to DPD warehouse. From there DPD were requested to return to yourselves which I find bizarre. So thus far my experience has been poor. Why request a return and when will it be resent? Iain

Having boufht a GPS for £109.99, I decided to buy another as a gift. All other online vendors were higher price but even The Golf Shop Online had gone up to £129.99. I pulled the trigger as it was the best price and delivery was fine although nopt the next day that was stated but when I opened the package there was an offer for the exact same item at £109.99, a bit of a kick in the #### after diligently shopping around. Poor show commercially, maybe don't send promos out that include the item you've just overpaid for??

The delivery of order was right the only thing that was wrong was the bag was the wrong colour the one that l ordered on line was red and black but I am happy with this one it will just need a bit more cleaning after every round 👍

Ordered golf shoes and paid for express delivery. Supposed to be delivered on the Tuesday!!!. Were not delivered until 7pm on Thursday. Poor service from your delivery service provider.

The thing I don’t like is credit you receive as that isn’t clear and quite often appears too late. Can you look at all my orders and see what credit I may have missed out on.

Paid extra £4.99 for next business day delivery which should have been on the Monday (as per what it stated on the web site). Didn't receive goods till Wednesday and so missed my son's birthday. Goods (trolley) was fine however delivery (via DPD) poor.

The ordering process was efficient and as expected. Unfortunately the golfbuddy watch was not working and it appears that GPS was missing. I have returned it for repairs.

Bit disappointed with the delivery arrangements. We selected delivery up to 7 days, but the delivery was attempted the next day after 6 pm. As it was obviously a business address we did not want it delivering on a Friday at 6 pm when the office would have been empty. I managed to cancel the delivery, or so I thought, and called the shop to explain why. However, I received a message from the delivery company saying that as we were out they would be back the following week. Complete waste of my time, which was a shame as the products and the service are very good. Perhaps next time we will call and place the order rather than online.

All really good until delivery. Royal mail said 11.06 - 2.06 which was a bigger window than other delivery companies and then did not deliver until 5pm.

The courier didn’t even wait for the door to be answered on the first date and left without delivering or a note to say they tried even though I was in all day as I work from home. I then had to reschedule the delivery and when it arrived the packaging (if it can be called packaging) was ripped and the contents of the delivery was visible which spoilt the surprise of the contents which were being given to someone

I managed to order a golf cart ok. The problem was actually getting it delivered. Delivery was delayed and I’m not sure if it was an issue with The Golf Shop or DPD. Either way I’m still waiting. They do say up to 7 working days and may take a little longer so would advise an express delivery.

We’d recommend checking around your property and with any neighbours, as occasionally parcels can be left in a safe or nearby place. Yes the good came but unfotunately although it said size 4 standard wide it didnt seem to beemy size and the width was not wide enough. Not much good to me. I have always thouht that foot Joy I could buy and wear straight away. Not this time.

Hard to comment as items have been sitting in Exeter MC since Tuesday and as of yesterday (Saturday) are still there. Why do you use Royal Mail - they are a total disgrace!!!

Decent experience. Website easy to navigate. Prices competitive. 3* as I didn’t quite receive the item I had ordered: I had ordered a Cobra stand bag, and instead received a Cobra cart bag.

Ordering was fine, product very good but a little over priced. Delivery very poor. Parcel left in an outside bin despite me being in the house. No-one rang the bell, card said left in porch! Not impressed.
