“The Golf Shop Online always provides a really good service with quality products at a great price. I have never returned anything so can't comment on this as everything I have ordered was as described and excellent value. I am not a golfer but this is my 'go to' shop for gifts, clothes etc for Hubby, Son and Grandson so cover a wide age range and style!”

You initially sent a blank email, and I replied to see if I could help. You then responded to confirm that you had received the order confirmation, which was great to hear. Unfortunately, I cannot see any further emails after that. “Items were easy to order, good value and dispatched promptly. Delivery however took 3 attempts. DHL tracking system did not work so they'd turn up when we were out, leave a card with qr code linking to the same tracking system. Very happy with the purchase once it arrived.”

“I’d love to be able to review but the jacket I ordered has still not arrived. I was out when delivery was first attempted last week but established that delivery would be after 11.14 am Friday. I then received a message to say delivery had been attempted at 10.40 as the driver was ‘passing by ‘. Told then that delivery would be today ( Tuesday ) but that hasn’t happened. Absolutely no need to sign for an item like this so why are the delivery firm so useless ?”
