“Ordered a new bag and a pair of shoes, delivery was prompt and in good order. But it did say receive a free gift with them, funny, nothing free in the box.”

Helpful Report

Posted 1 month ago

Hi Paul, We’re very sorry about this and apologise that your free gift was missing from the order. The free gift should have been selected on your order, but for some reason this wasn’t showing correctly, which is why our warehouse did not include it with your parcel. I have now arranged for the free gift to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Apologies again for the oversight, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards, Julia The Golf Shop Online

“Amazing customer service. I raised an issue with a pair of shoes I bought 15 months ago and after sending some photos to illustrate the issue, I received an email the same day confirming they would offer me a new pair, which duly arrived the next day. I have shared this story with some friends who were equally amazed at the brilliant service.”
