“Hopeless. Do not order from this company. I ordered a pair of Skechers golf shoes yesterday and paid for next day delivery as I needed them urgently. The shoes arrived today. Wrong size and wrong colour. No reply to ringing customer services. Won’t be spending my money with this company in the future.”

“Fantastic service. Ordered a golf bag in the sale at 2.30pm, did not pay for next day delivery,expected it 2 or3 days later,arrived before 10am next day. Price was cheaper than competitors even got extra discount for opening an account.”

“I recently had to return a faulty Motocaddy battery. I contacted Customer Services and they arranged to have the battery collected f.o.c, within a few days i received a store credit. Excellent service.”

“I ordered a new GPS watch after shopping around, and The Golf Shop Online was the cheapest, including Amazon. The delivery was quick, free, and I'm pleased with the Garmin watch. It seems better than my old Skycaddie, and it was significantly cheaper. So far, very good.”

“Competitive on pricing and received my item in good time. Unfortunately that does not help when a 'brand new' item returns with a stress crack in it. Impossible to believe that this was not a previously sold item as this stress crack could not happen out of the box or in shipping.”

“BAG ARRIVED. IT HAS THREE FAULTS. VALUABLES POCKET NOT STITCHED UP - NOT MUCH USE. INSIDE THE LARGE POCKET ALL WHITE MARKS - DO NOT RUB OFF AND 14-WAY FULL-LENGTH DIVIDERS ARE NOT PROPERLY ATTACHED TO BAG WALLS SO CLUBS CAN RATTLE TOGETHER. COMPLAINED, SENT TWO EMAILS AND PHOTOS AND ASKED FOR HELP. STILL NO REPLY DAYS LATER SO ASKED PAY PAL TO ASSIST.! THEY MIGHT HAVE GOOD PRICES BUT THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW.”

“Left it late in the day to order my new cart bag so assumed it wouldn’t be with me for playing two days later. It arrived the next day so I was delighted. Excellent bit of kit and so much easier to use than my old carry bag. Will absolutely use the site again”
