Hi James, Thank you for your review. We have just checked your tracking for your order, and I can see that DHL have made two delivery attempts for you on the 5th and 6th February. I believe they will go out for delivery again today. Please keep an eye on the tracking for a delivery.

Item not recieved. Royal Mail say item delivered on tracking. Had a delivery card saying it would be delivered next day. No delivery was made. Tried emailing golf shop online but not had a response. No idea what to do as royal mail tracking still shows as delivered.

You emailed us on Saturday when our offices were closed, but you will receive a response from us today. The order was sent via Royal Mail and the tracking is currently showing as delivered, with the GPS location placing it just outside number 45. I have not recieved order yet very disapointed customer,my husband needed the golf trolley for Tuesday as is going away to play golf.there his not be any sailings cancelled so why did you send me email last Friday saying that was the problem.Rubbish

Hi Helen. Thank you for your review. Your order is fine it has been dispatched with us from DPD. The latest update is that DPD had a sailing restriction to the Isle of Man due to the weather. Parcels should resume their journey today. Please look out for an update on the tracking. Many Thanks

Bought a spider putter as a gift then was told this item was not in stock so agreed to take a different colour, no big deal. Then had a delivery attempted once and found the item was being sent back to the seller(the company said this had happened a few times), when questioned DPD informed me it was due to seller. I sent an email and called golfshop to question this and was told on the phone this was due to DPD and told via email that it was because there was no phone number on the order and therefore no Pin… both of these were completely incorrect. Upon further investigation and calling DPD again I found the name and transaction number of the person/account holder and it was an issue with the Golfshop, not DPD. Another putter was then sent and went to a pickup shop and despite leaving a day to make sure, the item was not there. Golfshop sent out a third putter which was eventually delivered along with a second putter which I am having to stay in to have collected. The resolution to this gift being extremely late, being given false information multiple times and wasting time trying to collect the item was to be told they will look in to the DPD account. I ordered on the 8th and finally revived the item on the 20th. Would not recommend if you need anything quickly.

As discussed with you on the phone, we have raised these delivery issues directly with our DPD account manager so they can be properly investigated. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us while this was ongoing. We understand how disappointing this was, especially as the putter was a gift. While there were multiple delivery failures outside of our direct control, we do feel we acted quickly to resolve the situation by arranging replacement shipments to get the putter to you as soon as possible. That said, we fully accept that the overall experience fell well short of what it should have been. We can only apologise again for the delays, the confusion caused, and the inconvenience of the additional collection. It is now 6 days since I ordered my Callaway Golf Balls. According to the DHL app they have not yet received them. Its hard to rate something you haven't received.

Hi Ian, I’m sorry for the trouble with your delivery. It was good to speak with you earlier. We’ve contacted DHL, as the parcel hadn’t been scanned for a few days, and they started a full search. They’ve now located it, and it’s due to go back out for delivery tomorrow. As we agreed on the phone, if that delivery fails, I have a backup order ready to go with DPD so you’ll receive it by Thursday at the latest. I have just tracked your parcel and i can see that the courier has been to your property on the 14th and 17th November, taking images whilst they are at your door so apologies that you havent been in to take the parcel. Please do let us know if it is not delivered today and we can investigate this further.

The so called delivery by DX was abominable. I had to chase them many many times to get the delivery done. And it took many many days to get the parcel delivered. You need to make a formal complaint about their inability to deliver your parcels.

I have not received order yet. Initially due on Monday 17th , the delivery was cancelled. I rescheduled for Tuesday 18th. This was tracked near Grantham but was not delivered. No reason has been given by DX for non delivery. I have rescheduled again for Friday 21st. I am hoping this happens Regards Irene Bastow

I paid a premium price for Footjoy golf boots. I had a pair in the past and they were superb. The ones you sold me are are very poor in comparison. They appear to have been made by accountants rather than designers. They are very difficult to clean and worst of all the studs are made of a material so soft they provide little grip and will not last longer than a month or two. As a result I don't believe that I will be buying anything further from the Golf Shop Online.

I paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive for 3 days and i had to collect it from a post office. Have asked you for a refund for the next day delivery and you have not resolved it
