I can’t leave a valid review as I have yet to receive the shoes… your chosen courier service do not deliver when they say they will ( most recent was supposed to be in the afternoon… I was home from work by 12.30 and had already missed them )… they gave not responded to my email . Juliet R

Hi Juliet, I’m really sorry for the trouble you’ve had with the delivery. I’ve just spoken with your husband on the phone, and I’m now in touch with DHL. They’ve confirmed they’ll get this out for delivery tomorrow, and I’ve added the instructions he provided to help avoid any further issues. I paid a premium price for Footjoy golf boots. I had a pair in the past and they were superb. The ones you sold me are are very poor in comparison. They appear to have been made by accountants rather than designers. They are very difficult to clean and worst of all the studs are made of a material so soft they provide little grip and will not last longer than a month or two. As a result I don't believe that I will be buying anything further from the Golf Shop Online.

Golf bag not delivered. Driver made out no access to property. He did not arrive here! My property is open driveway with access to front porch. Unfortunately TGSO get the bad rap.

I paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive for 3 days and i had to collect it from a post office. Have asked you for a refund for the next day delivery and you have not resolved it

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve checked your order and can confirm the parcel was delivered to a neighbour as nobody was available at your address at the time of delivery. Regarding the headcover, the product description does state that this putter is supplied without one, but I’m sorry if this wasn’t clear when you placed your order. As I write I am still awaiting delivery. DPD have now promised three different dates and have missed all three dates. Even after supposedly upgrading the third delivery to VIP. We’ve had to wait from 8am till 10pm for two days and 8am until 12 today but still not received delivery. Disgusting customer service.

Terrible service has taken over 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten my putter communication is poor and was quoted maximum 7 days for deliver feels like a scam

Bought a new set of McGregor vmax irons and played the same day they were delivered(Thurs). I played 1 shot out of the bunker in the 18 holes and the paint came off the bottom of the SW badly. Also after looking at the other clubs the paint had also started to come off just with ball striking. Rang the golf shop the next morning and I sent photos as advised in an email. I got an email back later that day to say the photos were sent to MacGregor. I rang the following as I am not happy with that response as my contract is with the gold shop online and not McGregor. I explained this to the agent and they rebuked this and said they have to delay with McGregor. I should have been offered an immediate exchange or refund but I'm not left in limbo. Avoid this company as after sales are a sham.

Product has still Not been delivered despite the delivery original date being Wednesday, DHL said they had a problem so I agreed.agreed another day Fri 18th which they acknowledged, but still no parcel, very frustrating.

Beware when purchasing an item, this company allows you to order an item when they don't even have them in stock. website states *free fast delivery* which is a joke as they also state delivery is between 3 and 7 days. with no option to pay for a next day delivery largely because they probably don't even have stock in of the item your buying. won't be using the again.

DPD allegedly tried to deliver, next information was that the parcel would be at the nearest collection point when given code. Few days later, tracked parcel, information given that parcel was heading back to Golf Shop Online. Maybe time to change your delivery company? I live at a UK address with a postcode. I await my refund.
