“Our only grand daughter had the 'misfortune' to be 18 years old on New Year's Eve 2020 in the midst of UK's lockdown. We couldn't visit her so her main present like her secondary present had to be bought & delivered on line. My wife found her secondary present though your company, hoped that she would appreciate its special meaning & remind her of her 18th birthday & of us in the years to come. Also we were very pleased to be informed that despite all reports of postal delays, your courier service delivery was 1st class & she had the cushion in ample time for her birthday.”
