Very sadly, my husband's pen fell apart the first time he used it, he has tried to fix it but without success so extremly disappointed.I did order the pens from you. “I ordered an item. Realised I had made a mistake literally 5 mins after ordering it. I followed this up with an email and also through the website through the contact us section (as stated everyone makes mistakes). But I confirmed if this cannot be rectified or an alternative can be given that I would request a refund.
I got a response to say that it’s a template and the order cannot be rectified. I swiftly responded and asked them to refund me as per first email.
No response. Got an notification out of their working hours last night (6pm) to say that my ordered has been dispatched.
The order has arrived today with an error when I specifically said I would like a refund. As it’s a personalised item, it’s useless to anyone else.
Really disappointed with the service. Feel like the order was just thrown out so I didn’t have a choice but to accept it.
After using this company over Christmas with such good feedback. I will not be using them again!
Don’t offer a service for mistakes if you can’t follow them up and double check!
