“Firstly the customer service skills are exemplary. I made an order for standard post then worried that the item would take quiet sometime to arrive (due pandemic and the fact every other order before this one was yet to arrive). Surprisingly customer service was reassuring and a day after the response the item had arrived. I was so shocked and so very happy having going through a lot of headache with other other couriers and their customer service being non existent. More importantly the frame was absolutely beautiful and I will be ordering another probably multiple this year for a birthday christmas etc gift. I have reccomended this site to others too.”
