“Firstly the customer service skills are exemplary. I made an order for standard post then worried that the item would take quiet sometime to arrive (due pandemic and the fact every other order before this one was yet to arrive). Surprisingly customer service was reassuring and a day after the response the item had arrived. I was so shocked and so very happy having going through a lot of headache with other other couriers and their customer service being non existent. One small thing, I was surprised there was no covering on cushion other than the cardboard box it came in, I realise you want to cut down on packaging, but with the damp weather and parcels being left in sheds extra, it would be a shame if somrthing so beautiful was damaged.”
