“I purchased this is a gift for my Husband at the beginning of lock down. Was extremely impressed by the speed that it arrived under the circumstances. The item was of a very good quality and engraving was to a very high standard.”

“Absolute terrible, would never use this company again, ordered a bottle stop, Engraved for my parents golden wedding anniversary, the website abbreviated anniversary to Ann and that’s how they engraved it although there was no option to change it on the website so stupidly presumed as when I typed the messaged in input anniversary that would be what was delivered but obviously not, when I contacted customers service they said I should have put it in the notes on the confirmation and wouldn’t take any responsibility however I didn’t abbreviate it the website did, and now I believe they have changed their website so obviously did take some blame for this error but would replace my item for such a special occasion!”

“Disappointingly the picture portrays personalised champagne in a presentation box. It arrived in a gold box. The picture was deceiving! I did question it to be told there was a drop down box to pay an extra £5 for presentation box. I didn’t realise until I gave it to our friends that the label was puckered the bottom - again disappointed!! All in all not happy as felt present didn’t look worth the money we paid.”

“The personalised beer bottles gift went down well with my friend on his 60th birthday. Due to the current lockdown it arrived late but I was partly to blame as I ordered late. Would certainly buy again if a special unusual gift was called for.”
