“Decided to order something for my mums 80th birthday, as we were unable to celebrate properly due to Covid 19. Ordering was very easy and quick and had an email very quick after to say my order was being processed and then despatched. It all then went pear shaped as it took 17 days to arrive, and finally received my order a week after my mums birthday. ! I know things have been slightly slower lately but the post is all pretty much back on track so not quite sure what happened here. Very disappointed.”
“Very disappointed ordered a golden wedding present and card on 20th May for anniversary on the 30th May. Was not received until 4th June.
I had contacted them on the 1st June asking them to look into this had an email on the 3rd just saying that they were sorry order had not arrived but expect delivery shortly and they can't imagine it is to far away. Miraculously it arrived the next day. Will not be using again.”

“Absolute terrible, would never use this company again, ordered a bottle stop, Engraved for my parents golden wedding anniversary, the website abbreviated anniversary to Ann and that’s how they engraved it although there was no option to change it on the website so stupidly presumed as when I typed the messaged in input anniversary that would be what was delivered but obviously not, when I contacted customers service they said I should have put it in the notes on the confirmation and wouldn’t take any responsibility however I didn’t abbreviate it the website did, and now I believe they have changed their website so obviously did take some blame for this error but would replace my item for such a special occasion!”
