“The overall experience I had from ordering to receiving was excellent, it was very easy to order from the website, lovely pictures, and the delivery came very quickly, however I was rather disappointed with the gift itself, I felt i was overpriced, I ordered the apron, and in the picture it looked of high quality, especially by the price, but when it arrived, in a cardboard envelope, it wasn't even in a protective plastic bag, and the material, although My sister said it was well made, was very flimsy and really didn't look like it was worth the money paid, and I felt an apology was owed to the persons husband, saying it was worth more money than it looked, in fact my sister re wrapped it in a bag and put a piece of cardboard in the centre of it. This would have helped in making it more presentable! However having said this, this is the second time I have bought from this company, and I was especially pleased with what I purchased at that time, and will no doubt again, but, I WILL NOT purchase any more aprons!”

“The glass frame is excellent quality, it's really sturdy and it feels chunky. Had I been rating only the frame, I would give it 5 stars but I had mine engraved. The engraving was nice, the font style was good and positioning excellent but I would, personally, have preferred the engraved letters to be a little larger so that they words are more noticeable. I wanted the shape of the Cadwell Park race circuit engraving in the bottom left corner; I didn't contact The Gift Experience about adding this because I worried that what I wanted, specifically, may be lost in distance communication, so I took it to a local glass engraver. They added the engraved image and the words 'Cadwell Park' to the bottom corner, and made a beautiful job. On reflection, had I known how well made the frame is and that the glass has good depth, I would have ordered the plain frame and had all the engraving done locally.

“I purchased the 400 piece jigsaw which was taken from an airel shot of the house that you request. The quality of the jigsaw is quite good but it would of been a good idea if the house was outlined (or circled) so you could see it. The picture of the area is to vast.”

Only thing which could improve this service is an email to confirm when it has actually been sent and when it will arrive. Would be good to know so you can pick it up on the day.
