The only problem I had was with the courier. I paid for next day delivery - the Yodel driver couldn't find my address so I returned the call within 10 minutes. They said he left a call card but he didn't. Delivery was compromised and I didn't have the item when I needed it.
The delivery company was rude on the phone and unhelpful - let the overall view gift experience down.”
“The final product looks lovely BUT it would have be good to have seen it 'in theory' as a preview before agreeing to buy! We couldn't attend my wife's mum's birthday - hence the postal gift - so had to ask for a photo of the gift - how daft is that!”
“I ordered the Anniversary Cushion for my parents 6oth anniversary. Service was prompt. Parents loved the cushion, lots of positive comments from friends at the party. Only thing I didn't like was the fabric, cotton would be better, too much of a nylon feel to it. But overall recipients happy with gift.”

“I purchased three items from The Gift Experience, all personalised and found the website very clear and easy to use. Two of my items arrived in speedy time and I was very please with the quality. The third item was a christening present and got lost in the post, I was surprised the company didn't send it tracked but was later told this was because I hadn't chosen the correct postage option for tracked service. Robyn from the customer services was extremely helpful and efficient and ensured the present was produced again by the production team and then shipped out with complimentary tracked service (I haven't received this yet but am hoping its on the way!) I would use them again but ensure I always use the tracked service option.”
