“Initially we were shipped a poor quality product as the writing on the mugs had been printed the wrong way round. It was so obvious that the products should not have been allowed to leave the manufacturer. However the company response was then excellent as they were replaced quickly and without question; repackaged in a presentation box. Overall: 'good' is the average of a poor experience followed by an excellent one.”
“We purchased a Rose bowl as a Diamond Wedding gift which was sent direct to relatives celebrating their anniversary but unfortunately when received the Rose Bowl was completely smashed which was dissapointing to say the least. However we contacted the Gift Experience and was able to e-mail photos of the damage which seemed to be the result of insufficient internal protection around the bowl itself and without any quibble another was immediately sent this time better protected and was well received. So good customer relations retrieved the situation which means we would be happy to use The Gift Experience again, other companies take note.”
